Welcome to the website of Disability Choice Matter PTY Ltd. We are a registered NDIS provider. Our goal is to help people living with disabilities to have choice and control over their lives.

As an NDIS provider we offer support to individual participants helping them to access further support and services. We work closely with each of them all of who have an individual plan that lists their desired outcomes and together we work to help them pursue their goals and reach their own personal targets.

We offer a wide range of services to help improve the daily lives of those living with disabilities including personal care, participation in social and community activities, personal support, supported living, assistance with day to day tasks and much more.

We offer a professional service administered by qualified caring staff. We are proud to be a registered NDIS provider. We fully comply with all the Government requirements for the delivery of a safe, reliable disability support service.
