I am Emmanuel and I have worked in the disability sector for around 11 years. During this period I saw numerous examples of people living with disabilities being denied basic choices and control over their lives. I wanted to change things but didn’t have the power at that time to make a difference. However, this desire for change, never left me and with the arrival of NDIS in 2016 I realised I was now in a position to fulfill my dream.I made the decision to become a NDIS provider. I wanted to help people living with disabilities to have choice and control over their lives. I did my application and underwent the policy and procedures audit required by NDIS. Thankfully I was successful and quickly set about building the business, Through hard work and determination together with the support of a strong team Disability Choice Matter has grown into a successful NDIS provider offering a reliable and caring service to those that need support most.
Disability Choice Matters vision is to offer support to those participating in NDIS by means of sensitive and caring leadership, working closely in partnership with our clients and other agencies.
We believe our participants are the number one priority. We value their care above everything else. We our proud in our ability to provide a considerate, caring support service within a safe and secure environment. This programme is delivered using trained, qualified staff who build strong and trusting partnerships with their participants, making positive contributions both to the service and to the lives of others.
